Return And Exchange
We recommend you try on any apparel for comfort and sizing prior to payment and check your purchases before leaving the shop. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided a proof of purchase is produced. In the event a similar product is unavailable for exchange, you will be allowed to exchange for another item of your choice. No refund of monies will be given if the exchanged product is lower in value than the original product sold. If the value of the chosen product is higher than that of the original item, customers will have to top up the difference in pricing.
Goods sold will only be eligible for return or exchange under the following circumstances:
Bags, Pouches, and Apparels (including protective gear, racing gear, headwear, footwear, gloves, and raincoat) must be returned in its original condition and packaging with the attaching tags intact. We reserve the right to inspect the apparel before processing the return or exchange. Apparels that are worn, washed, or soiled will not be accepted.
Innerwear and Face Masks are not returnable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Aftermarket parts and accessories must be returned in their original condition and packaging with the attaching tags intact, failing which a restocking fee of up to 20 per cent of the sale price will be imposed. Used aftermarket parts will not be accepted.
Electrical products/closeout sale items/bike care products are strictly not returnable or exchangeable.
Wrongly delivered products may be returned or exchanged provided the goods are unopened. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for a redelivery.
Overseas returns and exchanges must be completed by shipping to us the products in their original condition and packaging with the attaching tags intact, via shipment using a sturdy shipping box – do not use the manufacturer’s box for shipping. Items received that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and returned to the sender. All shipping fee or tax incurred will be borne by the customer. Such goods may be returned to any Motoworld outlets in Singapore, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) or Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh).
