The letter explained that all business transactions with dealers will cease immediately with effect from today, 1 July 2020. As such, all Suzuki Dealers Contracts will be terminated on 31 July. Suzuki Assemblers assured the dealers that they shall return all bank guarantees and cash deposits by 15 July 2020.
But it is not all doom and gloom for the brand in Malaysia, because the correspondence also mentioned that future businesses will be handled by Suzuki Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (SMSB).
